Charges and Sentencing Inequities

One of the HEMP Party’s main policies is;
End prohibition to release all those imprisoned for Cannabis alone and the removal of all records of previous criminal Cannabis convictions.

Members of HEMP and supporters of Cannabis law reform often ask how can they help the cause. Well, here’s one way.

Provide details of your interactions with the vastly inequitable, illogical and inhumane ‘Cannabis laws’.

We are gathering information for statistical purposes to help the Medical Cannabis Users Association (MCUA) launch a written assault on the legal profession (as a whole) for their lack of action on Cannabis users’ behalf.

Please complete the survey questions to be included in this effort to free the leaf for all!

Kindly note neither HEMP nor the MCUA will ever disseminate ANY members details to anybody for any reason. Thank you in anticipation.
